PLM Policy File
Policy files are stored on the PLM server at the following location:
/etc/plm/policies
Policies define all aspects of the PLM configuration which includes:
HMC host name and user name
Groups
Global CPU and Memory tunables
Partition specific CPU and Memory tunables
