The following link is to a sample Disaster Recovery quick reference card. This document is intended to be printed double sided on 8 1/2 x 11 paper, then folded into a tri-fold quick reference card. This card would then be used during a Disaster Recovery or DR test to provide contact information, priority scheduling, etc.
