Mt Xia's Mission

Many of the Information Technology Management methodologies in use today miss the point of what they are intended to provide. The point is not to ensure the computers are running, the point is to ensure the business is running.

The name "Mt Xia" is simply the reverse spelling of AIX^TM, and was chosen to reflect our technical focus associated with the IBM AIX operating System. Our slogan "We know AIX forward and backward" is extrapolated from the old Mt Xinu slogan, which was "We know UNIX backwards and forwards". The company Mt Xinu took it's name from the reverse spelling of UNIX. UNIX operating systems have a long history associated with reverse spelling of names.
